PROVEN SKILL
DEVELOPMENT

Having the ability to react to a player at full speed and counter is one skill you must master to play at the elite level. Players that have acquired this skill set extend more plays and react better under pressure.

After years of working with the best players in hockey, PEP has developed 3, scientifically proven training methodologies. They are designed to enhance muscle memory so players can react better in high pressure situations.

The Program

USED BY OVER 80 NHL PLAYERS, NHL/CHL/NCAA PLAYERS AND TEAMS, POWER EDGE PRO IS A SUPERIOR TRAINING SYSTEM THAT PRODUCES NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENTS IN JUST A COUPLE OF SESSIONS.

Power Edge Pro is an on-ice player development system utilizing propriety equipment and training patterns. The system focuses on Reactive Countering Training™, engaging multiple motor skills simultaneously to develop a player’s small area game performance. All patterns are completed while maintaining puck control and are designed to provide 5x as many repetitions as standard drill based practices, leading to faster development of elite skills.

"Power Edge Pro is something I truly believe in. I started training with Power Edge Pro when I was 10 and the years of PEP Training circuits and unique repetitions have been a major advantage for me. To watch PEP evolve and see where it is today is amazing. It’s truly the best trainer out there.”

NHL superstar and Hart Trophy winner Connor McDavid began training with PEP founder Joe Quinn a decade ago, and continues to use the PEP system to this day.
